Re: gwlib/charset patch

Hi Alex,

Solaris is probably not the environment for these tests. After 1 hour of 
installing many packages, trying to run bootstrap and correcting paths 
within aclocal and autom4te, I finally give up:

Server2:~/work/kannel/gateway-> bootstrap.sh

Do you have any ideas?
