Anything can be added to Kannel. The issue is: 1) Why 2) What would it take Now I'll leave #1 to others, but I can tell you that #2 is a question that would, as others have said, not be answered without some mental effort. Before we even get to the development effort, which I assure you would not be insignificant. I was merely trying to point you elsewhere, save you some time.
