Although I didn't have time to confirm, I strongly suspect that this was the cause of at least 2 emails for PPG. When trying it out, if they accidentally chose "confirmed" in the PAP document, it would cause wapbox to become unresponsive (infinite loop) requiring restart before accepting regular (unconfirmed) PPGs.
