[PATCH] Support for MS-SQL and Sybase via FreeTDS

Hi,

I've createad a patch that implements dbpool support for MS-SQL and  
Sybase DB's by using the ct-lib layer on FreeTDS libraries. I've also  
implemented it on Sqlbox and works like a charm (I've tried on OS X  
10.5 and Linux Fedora Core 10 32-bit). I've only tested it with MS-SQL  
Express on Windows XP, but it should theoretically work with any ct- 
lib compatible DB Engine.
