[PATCH] DLR support for MS-SQL and Sybase DB's

Hi,

As promised, I've made a patch to add support for DLR storage for MS- 
SQL and Sybase using FreeTDS. This complement my yesterday's patch  
that adds FreeTDS support on the DBPool (you need that part patched  
beforehand of course).
