Uploading Kannel on another Machine

Hello,

I am running kannel with Cygwin in a Windows environment. Which is different
from the system that is on the WWW.

I have been trying to use SSH, so that i will run it on the my host machine
directly but its not connecting yet.

So what are the files necessary to upload when if i want to transfer the
installed kannel to my Web Site hosting package. If it is possible to do
that at all
