Re: sendota not using wbxml but plain xml

Hi,

I tested it with fakesmsc. OTA pushed msg is sent as wbxml in 1.4.3. It is 
urlencoded in the fakesmsc client, but I assume this is the way for the 
fakesmsc client to display binary messages.
