Cancel SM - Query SM PDU-s

Dear Developers,

I have asked in the users list regarding the ability of kannel for using
SMPP 3.4 features, but no answer.

I just would like to know if Kannel already supports cancel sm, query sm,
but mostly I am interested at replace SM ("replace if present" flag).

In the parameter definition list I couldnt find any smpp parameter
coresponding to my needs. If it is not suported I have to think for other
solutions.

Any help appreciated.
