Dude of Integration TLVs

I've been searching for a way to send TLVs using Kannel and I came 
accross your post 
(http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg09381.html). I have 
tried using a configuration similar to the one you show there but I keep 
getting errors. I hope you can help me with this small question, are you 
using Kannel with some kind of patch or how can I use the group 
smpp-tlv? or can you send me to steps for this integration of tlvs in my 
kannel ?
