Recovery Delivery to URL

Hi,

   i hope can u help me with this problem , i need recover the answer of 
the operator , but i can't, the answer is of type message , the log is this:

Needed sending to URL the value of  AUTH  , but i dont know how to.

  The kannel not have management Database, all is in file of text (log.txt)
