SVN vs CVS updates

Hi

I saw that kannel moved from SVN to CVS as the versioning platform.

Is only for devel team?

How can we get those updates? I tried to update my cvs from
cvs-20100328 to the most current but the cvs up -d did not give me any
update...

Seems CVS repo is not being updated. Can you update the userguide with
instructions on how to download the svn versions/updates?
