I have been fuzzing with the source codes. Including some changes that will
break backward compatibility with the downloaded smppbox.
But better have a head ache ones, then keep suffering from migraine because
of wrong choices in the past.

This release is ONLY for developers.

It contains an smppbox-standalone package, similar to sqlbox standalone.

Most part were shamelessly stolen from the sqlbox trunk. Please add your own
credits if you feel addressed ;).
