Same DLR value

Dear All,
 
I am having an issue with my Kannel installation here.
 
Irrespective of the status of the phone, Kannel returns the same dlr-type (8) for messages sent. I've checked through the mailing list if there maybe someone with same problem as mine, but I can't seem to locate any. 
 
I would be glad if someone can point me in the right place.
