Problem conneting to modem by Kannel SMS Gateway

Hello, I am trying to start brearbox , but it starts reconnection while checking for modem Type. AT OK AT&F OK And ATE0 is dispatched, I get message could n't connect retrying. I am also attaching the config file. Please help me out. Thanks and Regards Sunita Mittal
