[PATCH] CMPP2 (China Mobile Peer to Peer) module

Hi list,

ok, rather in talking in the fine bits, let's move the patch as existing "now"
to the group, so all that are interested can participate.

This patch is YET NOT intended for incubation into the source tree, due to the
msg struct values that are added. In fact we need to check the sources what they
are intentional for and then change the bits to fit our existing msg struct.

Any help, hands on is welcome.

BTW, the code was originally against gateway-1.4.0 and was released to the
public domain by the author. Unfortunately I don't see any name here. We would
love to give the author proper credit in fact.
