OISD dlr status 1 missing

Hi,

Is there a way to fix smsc OISD to handle dlr reports?
By now kannel shows that message is "Delivered to SMSC", but there is no
"Delivered to phone" status, but I have message on my phone.

Is there a way to quick fix it?
