Happy New Year ;)
I used the Kannel HTTP SMSC for both SVN and CVS version. And I injected the MT to SQLBox table. I'm not sure what cause this bug. But the key point is why on the CVS version it's OK? All DLR-URL are fetched successfully. While the SVN version didn't behave the same result. It's all same scenario, same amount, same hardware and software specification.
