Trouble with our first configuration - on Mac

Dear Kannel Friends, 


Trying our first configuration - on Mac - and having some difficulty. After setting up a minimal configuration, the bearer box starts OK. 


Immediately, though, the SMSbox complains at startup about various syntax errors - it doesn't like carriage returns in the same config file? - and then about things like logs settings being in the wrong sections of the config. 


Help! Really at a loss here! This Mac setup was supposed to be the easy test, just to get to know Kannel!
