Hello,
  I saw the ideas page at FOSSAsia and am interested in it. I'm doing my
Engineering in Chennai, India

I have prior experience with Python / Django and wx and have working
knowledge of C/C++.

I would like to know if there is a requirement list. What should the GUI be
built on ? Should it necessarily be web based ?

Is there any way to talk real-time to the mentors ? Do you guys have an IRC
channel ?
