Re: Setting priority flag

I use vim. Adequate for small patches (0 -> 3), but you can get in touble
with larger ones.
For a proper environment you need docbook dtd along with openjade. The
docbook dtd is not proper XML and will cause problem in a regular XML
editor.

@Alex: Was my last wtls userguide patch OK, or did you help it along?
