Kannel Queued DLRs issue

Hello,

I use KANNEL software (kannel  1.4.3) more than three years and it is
working fine, but after upgrade of the mobile operator SMSC I observe
gradually increase of queued DLR counters.  I want to investigate reason
for that. I want to read the queued DLR records. I use default settings for
DLR (stored in memory of the server).  Is there a method to export/read
queued DLRs from local server memory?
