Adding SEND-SMS users while Kannel keeps running

  Hi all,

is there a way to add new users to the sendsms-user group on the fly; a
method which allows Kannel to keep running while new users are added in
the sendsms-user group? 
 Please let me know if there is a mechanism similar with add-smsc or
reload-lists commands from Kannel's HTTP Administration but for SEND-SMS
USERS.
