Patch to document proper packages to build documentation on debian

Hi,

The attached patch corrects the README so that documentation can be
built on the stable release of debian.

On current debian, we need to install the following packages in order
to build the gateway documentation

graphicsmagick-imagemagick-compat
docbook-dsssl
jadetex
transfig
openjade
