delivery report

Dear Support,

I have tried to set the following


dlr-mask=31&dlr-url=http://127.0.0.1/dlr.php?dlr=%d&dest=%p&report=%A&LogID=xxxx

Previously we still can receive the delivery status report success "1" 
from the dlr-url.

Since last 2 weeks our system never received the delivery success 
report (1 : delivery success).

Now the system only receive the following delivery status

8  : smsc submit
16 : smsc reject


Can you please advice ?
