development scope.
What you mean is a proxying the SMPP deliver_sm PDUs to "own" ESME's
deliver_sm PDUs for the client side?
In an architectural way like this:
SMSC <-SMPP-> bearerbox <-> smppbox <-SMPP-> ESMEs (exeternal SMPP
clients)
right?
