Load balancing in two SMSC of Same operator

Hi Experts

In my kannel I have configured 7 smsc group  to which I can send SMS and
receive SMS. Out of the 7 smsc two pair are of same operator. They provide
us for load balancing, load balancing mean sending sms by 50%. But after
configuring that our sent sms to those SMSC are not properly load balanced
(the amount of sent sms are not same to these smsc). Please help me how
can I configure my bearerbox or SMSbox so that the amount of sent sms to
those two SMSC are equal.
