RE: Kannel and Outlook

I don’t know if Kannel has APIs for Outlook but if I had to I would find a work around solution, something like email to SMS:

You send email -> SMTP Server -> call PHP code -> prepare SMS and send through Kannel sendSMS cgi page

I don’t know if this will help but good luck 

there was a protocol called OMS but its support was removed from Outlook 2013
