Allowed Prefix

Dear All,

In my kannel config,i used the network prefic(CountryCode+NetworkCode) to
route SMS to the appropriate SMSCs.
For some reason, I have hundreds of thousands of numbers that i have to
route to other SMSC though their prefix is defined to go through a
particular SMSC.  I have included these whole MSISDNs in the allowed-prefix
parameter but but all the numbers are being routed properly. Kindly advice
how i can achieve this.
