Userguide daily snapshot outdated

Hi guys!

The Userguide daily snapshot is outdated, I guess the process that's
supposed to compile it is broken or something.

http://www.kannel.org/download/kannel-userguide-snapshot/userguide.html is
the userguide to rev. 5114 (November 11th, 2014) while the latest is rev.
5160 (February 15th, 2016).

Or is that link just broken and a different one should be used?
