Fail Notification Push

Hi!!! I have kannel working whit a modem but i want get a fail notification
when I send a sms and the modem is crash.

For example I run kannel whit a test sim which is blocked, so kannel can=C2=
=B4t
initialize it properly.

So when I send a sms i know that it will fail but kannel does not send me
back a notification telling that the send operation has fail. Even I
configured validity period for 5 minutes and retry for 10 max intents every
60 seconds.

So I expect that in 10 minuts I=C2=B4ll receive a fail notification  while =
send
sms.
