LIBICONV error

Hi, list!

I just tried to install Kannel (snapshot version FEB 19 2018) on Debian 8. Early snapshot version (2017) was succesfuly installed.

So, it stop during make with error: "gcc: error: @LIBICONV@ cannot find"

I'm install "apt-get install libiconv-hook-dev", but it not resolve error.

Does anybody experience this error? Any solution to this matter? Thanks.
