Set DCS CBS Message language

Hi,

is it possible to set DCS CBS Message language to other than German? 
what parameter should i change and what are the available values?

After capture smpp traffic, In wireshark i see:

..00 0000 = DCS CBS Message language: German (0x00)


I'm using sqlbox with values:

coding = 0

charset =utf-8
