Kannel compilation error

During the make command of the installation process (v 1.4.5) , I see the
following error:

I am installing Kannel in a Red Hat 5 server without Internet connection. Is
this error appearing because of a lack of Internet access or because of a
missing dependency? Thank you for your replies
