Credit Management while using Kannel

Hi all,

I am using kannel for both pushing SMS to SMSC(Bearerbox) as well as to
accept SMS from other clients(OPENSMPPbox) over SMPP.

But didnt see how can we keep a watch on client's remaining credits, while
accepting SMS from him.

Does kannel have this feature?
or Any extra open-source which can be added on top of kannel to achieve
this?
