Dear users,
I have messages stuck in send_sms in sqlbox when I inject a message
containing a percent(%) character below is errors from sqlbox.log. how can
this be resolved as file is growing bigger fast

 WARNING: octstr_url_decode: garbage detected (%at) skipping.
