Kannel not starting up.

Hello,

When i try to add instances to my SMSC Group Variable Kannel isn't 
starting up anymore. When I take instances off it works normally.

Errors in smsbox are : System error 32: Broken pipe/Error writing 12 
octets to fd 21.

What might be the problem?
