Kannel.conf and kannel.conf

Please I'm New to implementing kannel,could someone help me configure the kannel.conf and warplanes.conf files I read the kannel user guide but I don't understand much about the configuration of this two files .
If you could give me one of your configuration it will make it a lot easier for me.
