Hi Jeff
My understanding is that the MT will be sent; however you wil not be able
to track it. i.e. you wil not have its delivery status.
Assuming you are not using sqlbox/reddis for your message handling but only
for dlr.
You can do some tests sendig messages with reddis stopped.
