You say "I reply with OK" - did you *quote the original message* in the reply,
to make sure that those characters come back from the phone and pass through
Kannel correctly?
I did not mean "send a message to a phone, and reply from the phone with the
letters 'OK'." I meant "send back the characters whihc arrived".

Are you saying that it is not possible for someone to simply send an SMS to
your Kannel system?

What guarantee do you have that the senders are not sending blank messages?

So, the message there is a pretty standard-looking GUID:
"f6f42e80-2f5f-476b-8b89-4c45aacb0b43"
Not blank.

And, once again, you can see the GUID there in the "msg" field.
So, I currently fail to see evidence of the problem :(
