Hello,

We tried to set data_coding=Fx with alt-dcs=1 both in sends-sms query
params and in group=smsc (with service-type=USSD) parameter, we could not
succeed in generating a submit_sm pdu with an Fx data-coding.

We have a coding=2 and ucs-2 encoded Cyrillic text we like to display,
generated submit_sm has data_coding=8 as expected but operator insists the
data_coding to be f8

Any help, please?
