[sms_client] modem & swisscom

Does sms_client and ISDN modems work?
I have managed to use sms_client work with analog modem.
However in Switzerland, with swisscom, I did not manage to make it wotk
with ISDN line by changing the SMS_centre_number :

#SMS_centre_number = "0794998990"  # SWISSCOM SMSC Number (Analog V.34)
 SMS_centre_number = "0900900941"  # SWISSCOM SMSC Number (ISDN V.120)

I have also changed the  dial command from DT to DTI for ISDN:
 MDM_dial_command       = "DTI"

I always get:
....
Received Character: +4+
Received Character: +1+
Received Character: +<CR>+
WARNING: read() Timeout
ERROR: Timeout: searching for +<CR><LF>+ failed after 60 seconds
Received String: +ATDTI0900900941<CR>+
MODEM: Expecting CONNECT response - UNKOWN
Removing Lockfile '/var/lock/LCK..ttyS0'


Any idea?
Note that Swiscom has confirmed that the number  0900900941 is correct 
for ISDN.
