0475161622 is actually the number I'm using, and it works fine. I know of the 21 number, but I never used it.
However, what I had to do to make it work, is to add a pause before dialling, and after connection and make smsclient wait for the proximus service login. You can easily add this in the .cfg file for smsclient.
I'm at home now and don't have a vpn client on this PC otherwise I'd send my smsclient.cfg file but I think I inserted a 4 second pause after dialling.
