Please ignore what Swisscom was telling and use for your ISDN
equipment the number mentioned for analog,
i.e. use:

SMS_centre_number = "0794998990"  # SWISSCOM SMSC Number (Analog V.34)
#SMS_centre_number = "0900900941"  # SWISSCOM SMSC Number (ISDNV.120)

though you are using ISDN!

For me this works fine. I'm calling from Germany, so
I prefexed the number whith 0041, but this shouldn't
change anything concerning your problem.

Roger.
