what's the latest on sms_client?

Hi,

I've just started using sms_client for various system notifications, and it
works very well. Couple of comments:

1. it works quite well with the Swisscom driver and the ISDN number.  I had to
use the AT&E<msn> to set the origin MSN, but that was (mostly :-) expected.

2. I noticed the last release is a tad old - I guess there isn't much activity
on the development front? 

3. I am missing an option to set the originator-number on a message - I managed
to hack ucp.c, but where do I send patches?

On the protocol itself:

- I noticed my normal GSM phone allows me to attach a picture. Would this be
possible over UCP/EMI?  
- I've also noticed some senders are able to send alphanumeric originators to my
GSM phone - any idea how that is done over UCP/EMI?

Anyway, sms_client is pretty neat!
