I dont think it can at the moment. Ive was going to have a look sometime
at trying to port it, but dont expect anything soon.

it can be installed on any from the source.
Redhat and Fedora all have prebuilt packages for them to in stall.
I don't know about other distros.

I beleive you would need to use the mobile operators SMS centres. I dont
know much more than that about the Singapore services.
