monitoring changing values

Hello! Monit is functioning well already. It would be better to have a check for changing values returned by scripts. An example: cat /proc/sys/kernel/random/entropy_avail # or ls -a / | wc -l So there could be minimum and maximum checks. What do you think? Thank you.
