Info to all VSCode and Monit user

Hello Monit user,
this is (maybe) the wrong place to give a hint to an syntax highlighting
extension for VSCode, but I tried to add support for Monit and I would
like start a field test now.

The focus is, syntax highlighting for the "monitrc" and "*.cfg" files.
But the highlighting extension does not handle all possible syntax
features are supported by Monit (or Lex and Yac). Unfortunately, some
line breaks are not handled properly, sometimes.
