Question on log messages

After configuring sysmon.conf and doing a HUP on the PID I get the
following messages in the sysmond.conf:
 
Dec 12 2003-12:00:59 : caught SIGHUP preparing to reload config
Dec 12 2003-12:00:59 : missing quotes on line 13 in
/apps/sysmon/0.91.20/etc/sysmon.conf

Can anyone shed some light and explain what this means and what I need
to do to fix this.
