Mozilla 1.7 RC 2 available for download

Today we've made available for download the second testing candidate on 
the road to Mozilla 1.7.

Help us make Mozilla 1.7 the most stable Mozilla release ever by 
grabbing RC 2 and pushing it to the limit. With Talkback now available 
for _all_ of the official release builds (including Mac) we hope to be 
able to make some good stability gains between now and the final release 
so be sure to send in any Talkback crash reports you trigger.
