[Mozilla Announce] Firefox ESR 128.10 released

We are pleased to announce that the Firefox ESR 128.10.0 release is now
available for download at https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/organizations/all/

Firefox ESR 115.23.0 is also now available for Windows 7-8.1 and macOS
10.12-10.14 users per the previously-announced window of extended security
support for that release.
